As is happening more and more some new and old Asian classic action films are appearing or being premiered on Netflix.
The latest is the Indonesian action drama The Night Comes For Us from the same director as Headshot, Timo Tjahjanto and starring Joe Taslim, Iko Uwais (Both From The Raid) and Sunny Pang.
Taslim plays Ito, a former triad enforcer must protect a young girl while trying to escape his former gang, setting off a violent battle on the streets of Jakarta. The film’s action choreography is by The Iko Uwais Team. Looks very promising and hard hitting. Trailer Below. On Netflix October 19th.
