Well Go in the USA is set to release Eye for an Eye – The Blind Swordsman on Blu-ray and DVD in November.
Blind Cheng, known as the “knife-catcher”, is a bounty hunter with great skills. When he meets an abused young girl after her family is massacred, he initially doesn’t want to get involved, but driven by rage and guided by justice, he intervenes.
Taking its character from the popular Zatoichi series in Japan this one stars Xie Miao, fans will remember him from his co-starring roles with Jet Li in My Father is a Hero and New Legend of Shaolin when he was a child. The film is also available to stream on the Hi Yah Channel.
