Two more classic Jet Li films are getting a UHD and Blu-ray release from 88 Films.
The Bodyguard From Beijing – A corrupt businessman commits a murder and the only witness is the girlfriend of another businessman with close connections to the Chinese government, so a bodyguard from Beijing is dispatched to help two Hong Kong cops protect the witness.
Complications arise when the bodyguard and the witness must confront their deep feelings for one another.
Tai Chi Master – Two friends, ex-Shaolin monks, part ways as they brush with the ongoing rebellion against the government. The ambitious one rises to be a powerful military commander, while his betrayed friend resorts to learning the calm ways of Tai Chi.
Both titles will be released on remastered 4K UHD and Blu Ray, extra features are to be announced.
