The classic Hong Kong action film, She Shoots Straight is getting a new Blu-ray release from Eureka in the UK from a new 2K remaster. The film stars Joyce Godenzi, Carina Lau and Yuen Wah and is directed by Corey Yuen.
This violent action classic is about a newlywed police officer who battles a Vietnamese gang whilst also trying to impress her new in-laws!
Inspector Mina is a career-focused officer who has just married her supervisor (Tony Leung Ka-fai), who himself comes from a family of dedicated police officers. Her new sisters-in-law (Carina Lau) is a little jealous that Mina outranks her, but when a gang of violent Vietnamese criminals (led by the always excellent Yuen Wah) target the family, the sisters unite into a lethal force of vengeance.
